Alcohol & Drugs: MIP, MIC, Intoxication Wrote Down Wrong Name

I was wondering if there is any possibility to get out of an underage because they wrote down the wrong name, instead of sean taylor, they wrote down shane taylor instead, and also in the report they put down the wrong age of 20, (im 19).

the cops weren't able to give us our citations right at that moment, they sent it to me in the mail. on the envelope it states Shane taylor, on my copy of the ticket it says shane taylor, and the courts copy of the ticket says shane taylor.
