I was wrongly accused of Criminal Sexual Conduct 2nd degree when I was 15 years old. I was charged as an adult and plead no contest for fear of going to prison. I am now 23 years old and have been told by both my brother and my Grandmother that the "victim" told them I was innocent. I spoke to my Grandmother and she told me the "victim" was willing to admit the wrongdoing. What kind of legal action can I take, I am not sure what to do about the situation or whom I should consult, I have no money for a lawyer. Also I found all of this information after I moved to Kentucky, would I have to move back to Michigan to set things straight?
