If you mean "statute of limitations" it's 6 years for breach of a written contract, four years for breach of an oral contract, probably 2 to 4 years for a variety of other civil wrongs if any apply.
However, if you were a month-to-month tenant, your tenancy was subject to termination at any time for any reason with proper notice.
