Without the name of the actual offender... Charges were filed...and a supoena was issued to the wrong person.. what will happen next?

Well, since you have indicated elsewhere that you are not involved in the situation and this is idle curiosity, and since posting someone else's criminal matters on the Internet is not a good idea, I suggest you find out what happens by watching it unfold.

What could happen is that the person who was served the subpoena could explain to the person that issued the subpoena that he is the wrong person and ask that the subpoena be quashed.

If that fails, he could make a motion to the court, convince the judge that he is the wrong person and ask that the subpoena be quashed.

If that doesn't work then he is stuck complying with the subpoena.
