On January 16 i was given 4 tickets for "excessive tints..... upon further inspection of the ticket, I noticed 2 inconsistencies.... The date of occurence was Jan. 16 05( one year ago..) and the registration for the vehicle was for 04/02( the actual expiration was 04/07 ).. is this sufficient to ask for a dismissal ??
