I had surgery last year for carpal tunnel on my right had and they wanted to do the left also, but i never did. I found out yesterday I never had carpal tunnel and it is a hurniated disk in my neck causing the pain in my hands. The doctor that did my surgery never ran any tests on my hands other than telling me to put my hands together and tell him if my fingers went numb. Do I need to talk to an attorney about this or let it go? It still hurts really bad to write with the hand I had surgery on..
