:eek:ok 10/17/08 i recieved a notice of " lis pendens" i am being forclosed on i am currently 6 months behind in payments,
How ever i have a family member that will loan me the money to pay off the mortgage,
I contacted the plaintiff they are getting the reinstallment paper work together and i should have that in a few days.

Here is my question the paper work says i have 20 days to file my " written response" to the court, i can do this but i need to know what i need to have in this " written response" and how to write it .

seems like a non important question but i would like to have some one that knows what to do advise me

im John we bought the house in 1988 and really like it and dont wish to give it up and thanks to a family member i wont have to . But i also know the paper work has to be done right

PLEASE help
thank you

if you dont have any preliminary objections to raise, just write simple statement that it can be handled out of court. BUT if you cant raise th emoney DO NOT write you can...
