Writing Up Ex's Attorney

My ex's attorney ignored three subpoenas from January 2007 until less than one week before our court date in July 2007. My attorney called him numerous times to ask for the subpoenaed documents. My ex's attorney "apologized" for the delay when presenting the documentation. I want to bring his inappropriate legal practice to someone's attention. To whom and how do I do this?

You did not hire this attorney so a complaint to the state bar may or may not be acted upon.

So in other words, subpoenas are not worth the paper they are written on, or my cost in having them filed. If an attorney wants to violate a subpoena and not provide the requested documentation within the aloted time frame (10 business days), he/she can do so with no repercussions, because we all know that attorneys don't rat on other attorneys.
