Just received a letter from Superior Court Officer Vicinage... This is reagarding a old credit card balance. The letter says I must return the bottom porton with my payment.

I need to know what action can they take if I do or don"t contact them. If I contact them but don't have the money to pay them what can happen?

If it isn't a summons to appear, then you don't need to take any action if you don't want to. What can they do? They can attach your wages, levy on your bank account, subpoena you into court to examine your ability to pay and place a lein on any property you might own.
