Wreckless Driving

Went to court with my 92 in a 65, judge would not grant prayer for judgement above 90, DA cut me a deal where I go to driving school and in a few months I can plead guilty to a wreckless driving charge, is it worth it, and will a prayer be granted in a wreckless driving case?

Doesn't sound like much of a deal to me. You need to find out exactly what you will be pleading guilty to and the effect on your insurance and drivers license. Seems like you are taking traffic school and then pleading guilty to the exact same offense.

This is an excellent example of going to court on a very serious charge and not knowing the law or your options. My suggestion would be to go and talk to the clerk of court and find out exactly what happend. I don't think that you really know.
