Wreckless Driving Ticket

I just recieved a wreckless driving ticket about a week ago because I was late to take a state test for my Nurse Aide's License. I was speeding and failed to yield during a U-Turn. I was told by the officer that I can use my prayer for judgement for this type of thing since I have nothing else bad on my driving record. I was also told that you get a new prayer for judgement every 3 or 5 years. Does anyone know if that is true? Do you get to use a new prayer for judgement every 3 or 5 years? Thanks so much!
