My husband is going through a workmans comp case in Colorado. My question is.. after the case has been settled, does he have any other recourse? His permanant restriction leave him with a very difficult time of finding a job. He was terminated because of his permanant restrictions. We have set an appointment for disability, but this to is a timely process. Do we have any right to go after the company? Or do we have any other options?

We don't know the facts concerning your husband's case. Workmen's Comp is supposed to be the compromise that deals with issues concerning being injured on the job. Whether or not there is something that goes beyond workmen's comp would concern all the facts concerning your case. Does your husband have representation/assistance with regard to his case? I'm sure that his union (if he has one) would be aware of some of the issues you are asking.
