I sustained an injury on 4/23/04 at work, all paper were filled out. I was home for 3 days. (Fell off a ladder) came back to work and was fired for an unrelated incident. Is the company still responsible for my claim, since I no longer can do my regular job as an electrician?

I would appreciate an answer ASAP....Thanks

Yes, they are still liable for your WC claim. The fact that your employment has ended has no bearing on their responsibility for your work injury.
