I have this Statement in My Signed Employee Agreement.

"Employee agrees for a period of two years following the termination of this agreement, that Employee shall not perform cleaning services for any of the Company's clients. This is Strictly Enforced"

This is a small Company, losing clients to larger Company's moving to the Area. I have an opportunity to work independently for some of My existing Clients or lose them to other Company's, but the Owner has stated the Company will never close. What are My options?

Your best option is to take the entire agreement to a local attorney for review.

Agree, have an employment or contract attorney review the agreement to see if it is enforceable (for his/her opinion).
