I contracted (through e-mails) to perform computer network services, with an out-of-state company (Prism Pointe Technologies of Georgia), at a (third party) business site in Troy, New York. I submitted my W9 form. I completed the job and also submitted the two pieces of paperwork they required, which was a work order signed by the third party at completion of service, and my invoice for service. Prism Pointe was supposed to pay net 30, but it is about 90 days later, and despite five weeks of phone calls, I still have not received payment. What should be my next step?
