H Visa Work permit renewal

My case was denied in the immigration court and I have appealed it in the State Board, where it is currently pending. My work permit is still valid but will expire in a couple months. If I apply for a work permit renewal would they renew it since the case is pending with the State board. Thanks.

If you are lucky they would renew it without noticing.....I have seen it before. But if they notice, depending on your particular circumstance and the discretion of the immigration officer, it could be renewed. Most of the time they would renew it while you appeal after an immigration officer denies you...........but after a judge denies too.......... your chances are very low depending on if the judge stopped your immigration clock or not.
