won't move mobile home

my husband and i sold a mobile home that sits in our backyard in sept. 07'. the person that bought it apparently sold it to someone else two months later. no one has came to move it. what rights, in Louisiana, do we have to dispose/remove it from our property? can we destroy it? can we have it towed to the salvage yard? we are also pretty sure that the title has not been switched over to their names yet.
