I have a few contracts in place with someone that I am consulting for.
Initially I signed a contract that turned over much of my shares in the company so that this other person could run the company.
Now, a few years later, I have another contract that has me doing some consulting work for him.
I've asked many, many times but he will not return a copy of the contract with his signature on it. He evades it any time I ask about this.
Does this make the contracts void if I can't receive a counter-signed version?
