Is it legal for a University to run study groups with only female students?
Explicitly stating that only females are welcome, the group is funded by a society, which is funded by a public University.
So basically, is this not illegal as it disadvantages males over females from government money (ultimately giving an advantage to female students over males in the exam, as they have access to more help from academics)?
