My jurisdiction is: India

My Grandmother has gifted the first floor of our house to my father.I want to know in this gift deed who can be the witness?

Generally, beneficiaries are not supposed to witness the instrument by which they receive a gift, so your father is probably ruled out. Other than that, it depends on your local Indian law, and no-one here is an expert on that.
