After being terminated, I signed paper work to cash out my pention plan. I will have penalties for cashing out early. My main question is......
Why haven't I received it yet? I was fired in November, signed the papers in the beginning of January. It is now April?? Human Rsources say I should of received by now. Is it legal for a County Employer to hold such check?::no:
