My old probation officer told me I had a withheld judgement, that I could go back in front of the judge to have my felony removed from my record. I don't know what I need to do first. I finished my sentance and haven't been back before to judge for any probation violations, though I did have to do some discretionary time. The question is what do I need to do first? and how long should I wait?
