Criminal Law withdrawn charges by Prosecutors

I have other question: What happens when charges are withdrawn by Prosecutors, do they play any part in the Green Card interview, one of my charge was withdrawn as I pleaded Gulity to other one in Canada. It was not a drug charge.Please reply.
