I looking for an Attorney regarding an Auction in which the winning bidder did not show up with the necessary funds at the closing date nor did they even call to notify me about not coming. I need to find out how I can seek legal action against them or what are my rights in this case because the settlement attorney still has to be paid. Also the interested party lives in another State. What can I do?
