appealing unemployent denial to a uc referee.employer is stating that my actions showed a disregard of standards of behavior they have to right to expect. there are three actions i did under the instruction of my manager.fact findings stated it wasn't a willful disregard of employees interests. what defense can i use when they state"standards of behavior?"
 
What "fact findings"?

We don't know what you did or what rules you were expected to follow. Tell the referee your story and see if he agrees with you. Asking here is pretty pointless.
 
Without knowing what you did "standards of behavior" is pretty vague. You can always ask them to produce the company handbook that outlines these standards of behavior. UI is usually pretty employee friendly vs employer unless they specifically told you what standards of behavior they expected, and if they didn't give you any warnings.
