Wife and i are separated (not legally) and she is recieving council help from her ex husband who is a law student and i have proof in an e-mail. not sure if i should turn him in to the ABA for this violation or not. She has kicked me out of our home by making false police reports saying that she feels threatened by me being there. There has never been any abuse and i am afraid she is going to clean the house out and then i will not have access to any of our financial records or the rest of our things that i may be entilted to. Please help not sure what to do.

Stop listening to your wife. If he is only a law student and not bar certified then the ABA probably won't do much.

You need to see an attorney asap. I would ask for permission asap to enter the house and retrive my belongings.

Does she have a RO out on you?

not sure what an RO is. but i have talked to local law enforcement and they told me that i could go back to the the house. but if she says not to take anything i cant.

Then you should be able to go back on the property and get your stuff. Call the police to see if they will escort you.

Shw wont let me take any thing out of the house and she is going to be evicted and then move it all in storage or who knows where

Video Tape Belongings

With a police escort, video tape all the belongings in the house and maybe you can get an injunction (don't know if that's right legal term) to keep her from selling or giving away any property before you and her come to a resolution (legal separation and/or divorce). Get a lawyer and quickly to protect your rights. The boyfriend has freedom of speech and can tell her what he wants. If she is repeating what he says and you did not hear it yourself then it's hearsay and she could be making it up.
