My wife takes out at least 5 credit cards in my name and maxes them all out. She applied for them over the computer without my knowledge. I never wanted any credit cards. I never signed for any of them. Now I'm the one thats being harassed by them and being sued for them. When I found out about them I kicked her out. When I ask the credit card company's to prove that I was the one who applied for them, they say it doesn't matter, that they are in my name and they have my social security number. Is there anything that I can do??
