My husband recently passed and he did not leave a will. What are my rights regarding his property? His mother passed two months before him and he was left in her will. What about her will? There are several involved and I just wanted to make sure that I know my rights. Thanks.

You need to research Texas Intestate Succession. Both moms and hubbies estates will need to be probated.
