I work at this apartment complex that only pays $9.00 in hour which is not that good,but helps paying the bills.I decided to go back to school to futher my education so i can start my own carpetry company.When i inform my employer about going back to school she told me that i would have to quit my job to go back to school.I ask her about the employees in the office and she responded that they are part-time. I never ask her to work part-time but she told me that my job is full time.Later on that day i discover that another guy who work out there was able to go to school and work to.I then notice whats the problem im black and everyone else who had a chance to futher there education was white.I even went to the head person the owner and his answer was that he cant do nothing about that he just sign the checks.C ould somebody give me and good advice please.
