Two workers from JS Security were fighting and one drew out a knife and began to swing in the direction of the other worker. Another Guard steps in and breaks up the altercation gets stabbed in the torso. The guy with the knife was sent from another site for physically assualting someone there. The security company is being leased to protect a radio station. This took place in NYC. The victim of the stabbing said he heard that he can't sue his company because of section 11 of the workers comp law. So he wanted to know if he could sue the company leasing his sec company.
