The seller told me that he sold this car and the buyer never came back. He said he even tried to find him through the police..I live in Nevada. I bought the car. The seller gave me the title and I transferred it into my name. Now 6 months later sombody shows up and says that he has a bill of sale for the same car that he bought a year ago and never got the title. he also never took posession of vehical. who owns the car? I have the legal title and the car.
