Who is liable for vehicles at a pay parking lot?

My daughter went to a theme amusement park with her friends yesterday and their minivan was broken into and purses, wallets and my GPS unit were stolen. Everything was hidden under clothing or seats. Regardless, it happened.

My question is, Is the Theme Park liable at all since they had to pay $15 to park? The minivan sliding door was also damaged and was the way the robbers entered. A police report has been filed with local police.

No, the park is not liable. There are likely signs posted at the entrance, as well as a statement on the receipt they issued that clearly state they do not have liability and encourage you to not leave valuables in the vehicle.
