My wife and I are getting a dissolution and splitting everything 50/50. The one question I have is how we split the vehicles. Here's the scenerio. In 2004 she leased a Ford F150 lariet, its in her name only. In 2006 we purchased a VW Beetle, its in both our names.
She wants to keep the Beetle, which is fine by me... But I dont want her truck, plus its a lease. How do we settle this one? The lease on the truck will be up in june 07.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
