Who can require you to tell them what your disability is? Also, please include if teachers (high school level) can demand that information from you.

Generally speaking the context you are dealing with is relevant. In high school, if there is a problem with a certain teacher because of your disability, it is likely best to disclose it and seek their help working around it. If that does not solve the problem go to the disability person coordinator and try to work it out. It has been my general experience in life the fewer people that know the better.

If you're a minor, your parents make those decisions and disclosures.

If you are a high school student & have a disability that the teachers need to be aware of (best that they know of), have your parents talk to the principal. Your parents should know best if this is something that needs to be disclosed or not.

It would make much more sense for you to tell us the context of your question, rather than trying to provide an exhaustive list (which is next to impossible anyway) without any idea what your circumstances are.
