I got my green card through an employer based petition on 6/11/2005. I got married to a US born citizen on 8/29/2004 but did not apply for a green card at that time due to my pending application through my employer. Can I apply for a naturalization this year since I've been married to an American Citizen for more than three years even though I didn't get my green card through my marriage?
