When bBuying house from auction.com quitclaim, what problems expected?

What does quitclaim cover? I suppose I need title insurance and what other form of protection? How about HOA fees not paid previously?

If you're smart, you won't buy any Ho e with a quit claim deed. Quit claim deeds offer no protection. A reputable insurer won't issue coverage on a quit claim deed. An explanation takes too much typing on my iPad mini. Take my representation, don't buy any home on a quit claim deed.
