I am in pro per in a nullity of marriage case in Ca., I had a motion to compel in January 08. however, the court misplaced my documents that cause me to be late serving respondent. I had recently had a hearing where I mentioned to the court my husband and his attorney refused to disclose, instead of motion to compel for the same records I requested for the last motion to compel, what type of motion can I file for the most recent notice to produce I had requested that the other party has again failed to comply with the disclosure rules?

Your post is very confusing.

But refile the first motion to compel and make sure you note it is a re-file.

Make sure you notify all parties to the lawsuit.
