My wife's attorney filed for dissolution of marriage and I (Pro Se) filed a counterclaim/response. We went to mediation (without the cour ordering) and agreed, but did not sign anything. My wife then changed her mind and start asing for some of the possesions she packed and gave me out of the house. We tried to come to an agreement on the equity of the house, but couldn't. She thinks there is no eqity and I think it is. Now, her attorney has filed a motion for pre-trial. I want half of the equity in the house, so what should I prepare for?
