Ok here it is, I have a speeding ticket for going 79 in a 65. My last ticket was like 2yrs ago? I live in N.C. and the ticket was there too. The thing is, is that I dont want my insurance to go up or dont want anymore points on my license. I am ok with paying the $135 fine. So here are my questions? Can the magrastre(sry if misspelled) reduce it to the point of only paying the fine, without insurance and points getting involved? Or should I go prayer for judgment?

How bad do you not want to pay more for Insurance?
You could hire a lawyer to negotiate with the court, plea it out or decrease the speed.
