I'm 17 and I don't turn 18 until july of 2014. im currently a senior with fantastic grades and a stable job working 40+ hours a week. My dad doesnt like that i wont let him chose what he wants for me and we are always fighting about how im living my life and how im never going anywhere in life. he has told me numerous times to just leave and never come back. the first time he said this i took him seriously and went to a girlfriends house but i was 16 at the time. ive read that im able to but then not able to. i need to know what choices i have and what i can legally do without getting charged for runaway again.

You didn't mention a Mother. However; until you are 18, you follow your parents rules & live where they say. July of 2014 is not really that far off.
