MY FIAIANCE LIVES IN MOROCCO,I JUST FINISH GRAD SCHOOL IMMIGRATION WANTS W-2 FOR THE LAST 4 YEARS.I HAVE NOT FILE TAXES ,I WAS IN SCHOOL NOT WORKING,I'AM GOING TO MOROCCO IN DECEMBER 01. MY QUESTION IS HOW DO I GET AROUND THIS.THEY WANT PICTURES OF US BEING TOGETHER. SHOULD I HIRE A LAWYER OR SHOULD I JUST FILE FOR THE VISA MY SELF?

While TheLaw.com can certainly provide you information about a low cost, reputable immigration attorney, one is not needed. Some hire an attorney because they either don't care to deal with confusing paperwork or their cases are not routine. I'm not sure what the problem is here -- if you didn't work then you didn't work and you notify them of that fact.
