My X husband has been ordered to pay a portion of my health insurance. He has been paying faithfully up until the other day. I recently moved and notified him with a certified letter to send payments to my PO Box. I received the receipt back signed by him. When I went to get the check there was none.
The last check I had received from him was forwarded to my new home address. I had not yet notified him I had moved. I want payment sent to my PO Box because I do not want him to know where I live.
How do I get him to respond to my address change without having to constantly be sending him certified letters. I feel he is trying to find ways to make me spend money unneccessarily. Thank you
