i Had court on 6/25. I was not told that if i did not sign in by 10 am i couldnt sign in at all. I had transportation issues and arrived late and the check in and the lady working signed in a couple people right before me escorted them down the hall and talked with them 15-20 min. When she returned she was very rude and told me she couldnt sign me in. She refused to even make a note that i showed up late. She was very unprofessional. due to all this a bench warrent was issued in my case. is there anyway to get a new court date and my warrent quashed.

It is no one else's fault you showed up late and missed your sign in. If there is a warrant for you, you need to be contacting a lawyer. Pronto. There is a link to find one at the top of the page.
