Does a felony probation officer have the right to tell husband and wife they can have no contact, at all? My husband is on probation for drugs we got into an argument n cops got called, no harm,no physical, wife is clean n sober..just the two have had a few fights..she has threatened yo give his husband a probation violations n have him put in prison and have the wife arrested, keep in mind the wife is not on any probation n never has been, never had a physical altercation, if there's any contact between husband or wife..which is destroying a marriage

While her ban impacts you, it wasn't placed against you. The order to stay away is directed at your husband. Violating or ignoring it is likely to cause him more trouble.

The fight proves an obstruction to his rehabilitation. Yes he can be ordered to stay away and violated for failing to do so.
