Before our divorce we went into Ch13 bankrupcy, as part of the divorce decree we agreed to split the debt 50/50, she since defaulted on her payments, our Ch13 was then dismissed because she refused to make payments, and now creditors are coming after me and she isn't paying a dime. What are my legal rights? What kind of lawyer do I need to discuss this with?
