my children had CFCR appointed by the family court. After their home visit to my home they called DSS. THEY made up SEVERAL allegations against me..... for example we had no food, dirty house, my kids slept on wood slates, I'm a hoarder & whatever else. While DSS was in our home thy took pictures simply because DSS disagreed with CFCR, however it seemed to make no difference during trial. Council for children's rights subpoena was for all of DSS report & records. During trial my 1st question to DSS was "did you bring the photos you took of our home today" DSS responded "NO" MY QUESTION IS COULD CFCR HAVE WITHELD the photos FROM EVIDENCE WITHOUT ME KNOWING? AND IF SO HOW CAN I FIND OUT?
