dose it effect on your futuer job?
do I lost my future? what if that job need top secret clearence?

I am assuming you are talking about a "Crime Involving Moral Turpitude" right? There Immigration act doesn't specify what they are but those are serious. Yes, they can affect statuts. They usually do not involve minor crimes but will frequently include felonies. Crimes where intent to steal or defraud are good examples (i.e., burglary, embezzlement, stealing cellular air time, etc.), crimes in which bodily harm to another is done or threatened intentionally (i.e.,murder, rape, assault with a deadly weapon, etc.) or with a reckless state of mind (i.e., vehicular manslaughter, etc.) and most sex crimes (i.e., prostitution, adultery, etc.)

With felonies on your record I am wondering whether you will be able to get positions that require "top secret clearance." I can't tell you and you should find out from your prospective employers.
