I've received notice that the Bethany Group apartments have filed an amended plan, and in there that the claims (mine was for security deposit - I've moved since) will be paid on the effective date. I can't seem to find an actual effective date in these filings. Any clue where to find that in these 100+ page scans, or if it's a real date at all? Just trying to figure out when I'll really get my refund.
