Today an officer pulled me over claiming i was doing 51 in a 35.When I first saw him I looked and I was doing 41.This is the first time I have ever been pulled over ,gotten a ticket or anything.Someone told me I should go for a Prayer Judgement.What is this?And should I get an attorney or see the DA first or just go to court and talk to the judge?
