what happens if a ebay seller has been paid for items they sold, but the customers do not end up receiving their items. Do they just end up having to file a claim and then let pay pal refund them the money? How much money is covered with seller protection, and what if seller has no proof of shipping and the items never arrive to the customers who bought them?
